Core 1.2.5 Release
UI lock, connection stability improvements, and several bug fixes.
Core 1.2.5 adds:
- a UI lock feature that prevents accidental input during a session. The lock can be triggered by pressing the knob and power button at the same time (remote triggering via app coming soon), and displays a lock animation when activated. Locking from the Hosting speaker locks down connected joining speakers. Locking/unlocking on a joining speaker locks that device only.
- A channel-select confirmation prompt has also been added when leaving channel 0 in legacy radio control mode to help prevent accidental channel switches.
This release fixes:
- a bug that could cause the device to hang during shutdown.
- a bug that prevented mobile app controls from arriving while the device was running in standalone mode.
- a bug where USB audio output could produce unwanted noise during power-delivery negotiation - audio will now stay silent during that brief period.
- Bluetooth connection stability has been improved by tuning BLE connection parameters.
